Following the $257,000 windfall from the Rudd Labor Government's Regional and Local Community Infrastructure Program, the District Council of Yorke Peninsula held a workshop prior to its December 16 meeting to discuss a number of projects that had been put forward for consideration.
Members of the Leisure Options Steering Committee and Council have expressed concern that the Disability Housing project planned for Minlaton may now be considered as a low priority as the area does not have "homeless" people.
Looking for a Home
This Female Kelpie Cross was brought in to our Maitland Branch Office. She is approximately 12 months of age and is a lovely looking dog with a nice temperament.
Currently housed in our Depot Pound, we hope that a suitable home can be found for her and she can receive the life she deserves.

You should be able to offer her a suitable environment and provide her with plenty of exercise and the care of a responsible owner
