When can I use welders and/or other mechanical cutting tools?

NON FIRE DANGER SEASON:
Anytime. For more information please contact council's Fire Prevention Officer.

FIRE DANGER SEASON:
A permit must be obtained from Council's Fire Prevention Officer, who will advise you of the conditions for use of welders and/or other mechanical cutting tools.

TOTAL FIRE BAN DAY:
Electric welders, mechanical cutting tools, oxy welders and other gas fired appliances can only be used outdoors when there is no Total Fire Ban in force.
