To assist the District Council to keep our records up to date, we require you to advise us of your change in details from time to time.
If you have recently changed your postal address, please complete and submit the following form and we will update our records accordingly.
(Note that this form can only be used for change in postal address. Any changes in ownership need to be officially advised through a registered land agent or conveyance office.)
