Warooka’s Colin Thyer has capped off the year in great style; having won the South Australian “Animal Management Officer of the Year” in June, he recently collected the corresponding national award in Darwin.
On Friday night (24th October, 2008) the District Council of Yorke Peninsula received a commendation from the Australian Water Association in its annual Water Awards for the Marion Bay desalination project.
